SMS/MMS Receipts Program — Privacy Notice
This notice covers the text-message receipts line operated by Gulf-Pro Services for its employees.
What this program is
Gulf-Pro Services operates an internal expense-receipt service. Employees who opt in can text photos of purchase receipts to a Gulf-Pro Services phone number; the system files each receipt against the employee's corporate card charges and replies with a short confirmation or help message.
Information we collect
When you use the program we process: your mobile phone number (linked to your employee account when you opt in), the messages and receipt images you send, and message timestamps. This information is used solely to operate the expense-receipt service and for the company's expense record-keeping.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message data is handled only by the service providers that operate the program on Gulf-Pro Services's behalf (our SMS carrier platform and cloud hosting), solely to transmit and store it for the purposes above.
Frequency, rates, and your choices
Message frequency varies; the service only replies to messages you send. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or ask a company administrator to unlink your number. Reply HELP for help.
Retention & contact
Receipt images and expense records are retained under Gulf-Pro Services's record-keeping policies. Questions: contact your Gulf-Pro Services administrator.
