SMS/MMS Receipts Program — Enrollment
The Gulf-Pro Services receipts line, +19852289443 is an internal service for Gulf-Pro Services employees. It is never advertised publicly, a member of the public cannot opt in, and it sends no marketing. Every message it sends is a reply to one an employee just sent.
Program disclosures

- Replies to a text an employee sent: confirmation that a receipt they texted in was filed, confirmation that their number is enrolled, answers to HELP, and error replies such as an unreadable attachment. No marketing, no promotions, and no message is ever sent unprompted.

Consent
Employees opt in inside the Gulf-Pro Services expense app, on the Capture page. The check box below the invitation is unchecked on load, the form will not submit without it, and no code is issued without it:
“I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Gulf-Pro Services at the number I enroll: confirmation that a receipt I texted in was filed, confirmation that my number is enrolled, answers to HELP, and error replies such as an unreadable attachment. Message frequency varies; the service only replies to messages I send. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of employment. Each agreement is written to Gulf-Pro Services's audit log with the employee, the timestamp, and the text exactly as shown. Participation is never a condition of employment; the card says so above the box.
How an employee opts in
- Sign in to the Gulf-Pro Services expense app and open Capture.
- Tick the consent box quoted above, then tap Link my number.
- Text the one-time code — LINK <code>, valid 15 minutes — to +19852289443 from the phone being enrolled. That text completes the opt-in and binds the phone to that employee's account.
Every message the system can send
The complete set. Nothing here initiates a message, so frequency follows the employee's own usage.
- Opt-in confirmed: “Gulf-Pro Services receipts: linked to Marcus Reid. Text receipt photos to this number and they’ll file themselves. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
- Receipt received: “Gulf-Pro Services receipts: receipt saved to your inbox. Open the Capture page to file it, or it will attach itself if the amount matches one open charge. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- HELP: “Gulf-Pro Services receipts: text receipt photos to file business expenses. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or contact your company administrator.”
- STOP: the number is unlinked immediately; the carrier sends the single mandated opt-out confirmation and this service sends nothing further.
- Expired or wrong code: “Gulf-Pro Services receipts: that code is invalid or expired. Open the Capture page in the expense app for a fresh one.”
- Unreadable attachment: “Gulf-Pro Services receipts: I couldn’t read that attachment. Send a photo (JPG/PNG) or PDF of the receipt.”
- From a number that has not opted in: “Gulf-Pro Services receipts line. To link your number: open the Capture page in the expense app and text back LINK <code>. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; a Gulf-Pro Services administrator can also unlink a number from the application. Message and data rates may apply.
